Possibly to get extra discounts towards purchases or after they discontinue and item and they clear the website and stores they might have a chance towards a free item. Louis Vuitton Shopping. B. bkp0 Some pieces will have parts of the LV logo missing due to where the canvas has been cut. I don't recall ever seeing the LV logo cut in half but certainly have seen tips of the letters missing on authentic pieces. Complimentary email and assistance once received from LV Client Service when there was an issue with my purchase in another country. To my satisfaction, LV on and after sales has been excellent.
